Terms of sale and use
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Sales are not open yet. These terms will apply once online checkout opens. Until then, the trial and the waitlist are free, with no commitment.
1. Who sells, to whom
These terms govern the sale of licenses for the NapBuild software ("the Software") and the use of the Software and of www.napbuild.com, between Jean-Baptiste Leclerc, sole proprietor (EI), SIRET 913 228 516 00013, 9b chemin des Longs Champs, 50560 Blainville-sur-Mer, France ("the Publisher") and anyone who uses or buys it, whether a consumer or a business ("the Customer"). Placing an order means accepting these terms.
2. What NapBuild does
NapBuild is software for Windows and macOS that you also follow and control from your phone. It puts an artificial intelligence to work to take a product from idea to release: market research, design, code, tests, store listing, website and publishing, according to the Customer’s settings.
- The AI is the Customer’s own. The Customer connects their own subscription (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Gemini) with that AI provider, under its terms and at their own cost. NapBuild sells no AI credits.
- Third-party costs stay the Customer’s, for example a Google Play or Apple developer account, website hosting or a payment service. No real money is ever spent without the Customer’s approval.
- The Customer’s computer must stay on while the AI works.
3. Trial and free tier
For 48 hours after first launch, every feature is unlocked, with no credit card. After that, the first three steps (the idea, the market and competitors, the identity and first screens) stay free with no time limit. To keep building (code, tests, listing, publishing), a license is required; without one, projects past step 3 remain viewable, read-only.
4. Plans and prices
| Plan | Price | Term |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $24.90 per month | No commitment, renews monthly |
| Yearly | $199 per year | Renews yearly |
Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply depending on your country. Each license covers up to two computers, plus access from your phone. The prices that apply are those shown on the Pricing section when you order.
5. Ordering and payment
Payment is handled by Stripe, a payment service provider, on its secure page. The Publisher never has access to card details. A receipt and an invoice are emailed right after payment.
6. License key, renewal and cancellation
Right after payment, the Customer receives their license key by email.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at each term, charged to the saved payment method. The Customer can cancel at any time, online, as easily as they subscribed; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no further charge. Consumers on the yearly plan are notified in writing one to three months before renewal of their right not to renew.
- After a paid period ends, the Software keeps working for 7 days, to allow time to renew.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Consumers have 14 days from the order to withdraw, without giving a reason, using the online withdrawal function or by writing to contact@napbuild.com.
Exception: if the Customer expressly asks for immediate access to the Software and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once access is provided, that right can no longer be exercised after access is given. For a subscription that started during the withdrawal period at the Customer’s request, withdrawal remains possible and only the part already provided is due.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services: if there is a defect, they can have it fixed, or failing that obtain a price reduction or end the contract.
9. License and ownership
The Customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software on the number of computers included. Reselling or redistributing the Software is prohibited, within the limits of the law.
The apps, websites, texts, images and code produced for the Customer with NapBuild belong to the Customer, subject to third-party rights (fonts, open-source libraries, content supplied by the Customer) and to their AI provider’s terms.
10. The Customer’s responsibilities
The Customer remains responsible for what they publish: the content and compliance of their apps, store accounts, listings, legal pages, prices and obligations to their own users. AI can make mistakes; the Software’s checks reduce that risk without removing it, and the Customer reviews what they publish. They keep their credentials confidential and back up their projects.
11. The Publisher’s liability
The Publisher does its best to keep the Software working and improving (best-efforts obligation). It is not liable for third-party services (AI providers, app stores, Stripe, Netlify and others), their outages, rejections or changes of terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under the law.
12. Business customers
The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses. Payment is due on order. Late payment incurs penalties at three times the French legal interest rate and a fixed €40 recovery fee (French Commercial Code, articles L441-10 and D441-5).
13. Using the website and the online sketch
The website’s sketch tool draws a rough app concept from an idea in a few minutes, using an AI (OpenAI). It is an AI-imagined sketch, for illustration only: not a built app, not a market study, not a guarantee of success. It is limited to two sketches per visitor every 24 hours. Do not enter unlawful content or other people’s personal data.
14. Personal data

15. Changes, governing law and disputes
The Publisher may update these terms; the version in force on the day of an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. In case of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact the Publisher first to find an amicable solution. They may also go to the competent courts.
