Here, without jargon, is what we know about you, and above all what we don’t.
The software: your projects stay on your computer
NapBuild runs on your computer. Your projects, their code, their images and your credentials (Google Play, App Store, Stripe, Netlify…) are stored there, and your credentials are never shown again.
To work, NapBuild sends your instructions and your project content to the AI you connected (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Gemini). That provider processes them under its own terms and privacy policy, which you accepted when you subscribed.
The website: no ads, no analytics
napbuild.com uses no advertising cookies, no analytics tool and no social media trackers.

Both only make the site work the way you asked, so they need no consent under EU rules (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, CNIL guidance, read November 1, 2026). That’s why there’s no cookie banner.
The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: when that happens, your browser sends your IP address to Google (USA).
The data we process
- Waitlist: your email address, the date and the section you signed up from, stored with our host (Netlify). It is used only to tell you when NapBuild sales open: no reselling, no ads for other brands. Legal basis: your consent. It is deleted on request, and after launch if you don’t become a customer.
- Online sketch: the idea you type is sent to OpenAI (USA) to draw the sketch; the idea and the sketch are stored with Netlify so they can be shown to you. No automatic deletion is in place yet. Please don’t enter personal data.
- Usage limits: to limit the sketch to two per 24 hours and the waitlist to five sign-ups per hour, we keep the time of your requests together with a salted, hashed fingerprint of your IP address. The IP address itself is never stored.
- Purchases, once sales open: your email and billing details, processed by Stripe, which keeps them to manage your subscription, invoices and refunds. We never see your card. Your license key reaches you by email.
- Support: the content of the messages you send us.
This data is never sold or used for advertising.
Where it goes
Website and data hosting: Netlify, Inc. (USA). Sketches: OpenAI (USA). Fonts: Google (USA). Payments, once sales open: Stripe. Your data may therefore be transferred outside the European Union.

Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or ported, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to us. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or to the authority in your country.
