Manage or cancel my subscription

Cancel, change your card, find your invoices

It all happens on the secure page of Stripe, our payment provider: enter the email address you used to buy, you receive a code, and you manage your subscription.

**Manage my subscription**

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no further charge. NapBuild stays usable until then, plus 7 days; after that, your projects remain viewable on your computer.

Withdraw within 14 days

If you bought less than 14 days ago, you can withdraw without giving a reason: email contact@napbuild.com from the address you used to buy, with the sentence "I withdraw from my NapBuild subscription". You are refunded within 14 days, with the same payment method, for what you paid minus the share already used (see section 7 of the terms).
